PAM at DAM: Napier solo show at [DAM] Berlin

Submitted by napier on Tue, 2009-11-17 03:34.

The Frankensteinian Venus makes her debut! PAM is a new media venus created from body parts resurrected from the web. The body in question is the venerable pinup and early web sex-symbol: Pamela Anderson.

I'll be showing pieces from the PAM series at [DAM] Berlin in a solo show running from December 5 2009 to January 27 2010. The opening reception is December 4. If you're in Berlin stop in, say hi and witness Venus 2.0.

Some images from the PAM series that will be shown as ink jet prints at DAM.

Halo Flying

A delightfully wacky Halo video by Randall Glass, packed with gleeful and gratuitous destruction that grows increasingly surreal as it progresses. I especially enjoy the Frank Sinatra soundtrack.

I browsed through net.flag today and saw this bit of Bauhaus, crafted from pieces of the Chad, Costa Rica, Chile and Andorra flags:
